How does pricing work?

Yes. Continuity matters — especially for seniors. We do our best to keep the same trusted companion with your family, visit after visit.

What happens if my parent needs medical help during a visit?
We are not a medical provider, but we are trained to recognize when something is wrong and to reach the right people quickly — family, emergency contacts, or 911. You'll be informed immediately.

How do you handle scheduling and cancellations?
We work around your family's schedule and ask for reasonable notice on changes so we can plan accordingly. Specific details are confirmed together at the start of our relationship.
